I've checked out some space at The Highlands Hub for a exclusive small group training for Restorative Yoga / Stretch & Meditation sessions for beginners.
With my fitness training I include specific stretching exercises for muscle tightness and Qi Gong movements to move stagnant or blocked energy throughout the body and meditation to rebalance the body, mind and soul.
These will be fortnightly sessions for women.
So what Is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing using yoga bolster and props.
For wellness I select intuitively select pure essential oils and crystalline elixirs for each class.
Complete your session with a deeply relaxing meditation wrapped in your snuggly blanket and lavender eye bag. Ahhh...Bliss!
To help us fully wind down, we complete our class with a choice of 7 chakras herbal teas to chill out and assist any emotional energy to move through gently..
I'm looking for committed ladies who are beginners, stressed, overwhelmed, sore muscles, looking for a sacred space to heal, needing time out for herself etc... who feel drawn to create healthy new habits, feel relaxed, grounded and destress those tired minds and bodies.
