About the Event

Take this Blissful Mind 7 Day Mindfulness Daily Practice to break down old thought patterns, be in the present moment and find your inner calm and "I Amness."

Ive created this challenge to help you make a mindfulness a part of your daily life. 

Over the course of 7 Days I will be sharing more about mindfulness practice and how to create inner clamness. Learn  magical mindfulness tips and exercises daily Facebook Lives in our private group.

How Does The Challenge Work?

Each morning at 10am Sydney AET time for 7 Days I will be holding a live class (which will be recorded for you to watch)

you will have time to reflect using the prompts in your FREE Mindfulness Workbook that comes with this Challenge. There will added videos for you to watch each day and more tips!
